At Roof Ryders, we stand behind the quality of our work. That's why every qualifying complete roof replacement installed by Roof Ryders includes our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty for as long as the original customer owns the home.
936-225-5571What Our Lifetime Workmanship Warranty Covers
Roof Ryders warrants that the roofing system installed by our company will be free from leaks or failures caused by defects in our workmanship.
If a covered workmanship issue results in a roof leak, Roof Ryders will, at our expense, repair the affected portion of the roofing system necessary to correct the workmanship-related cause of the leak.
This warranty remains in effect for the lifetime of the original customer's ownership of the home, subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the warranty.
Exclusions
This workmanship warranty does not cover leaks, damage, or failures caused by circumstances outside of Roof Ryders' workmanship, including but not limited to severe weather, hail, wind, tornadoes, hurricanes, falling trees or debris, structural movement, foundation movement, building alterations, animals or pests, improper maintenance, third-party work, or penetrations or modifications made to the roofing system after installation.
Manufacturer defects or failures of roofing materials are subject to the applicable manufacturer's warranty and are not covered by the Roof Ryders Lifetime Workmanship Warranty unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.
The Roof Ryders Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers the roofing system and corrective roof repairs only. It does not provide coverage or reimbursement for consequential, incidental, or secondary damages resulting from a roof leak.
This includes, but is not limited to, damage to:
- Ceilings, drywall, paint, trim, or other interior finishes
- Insulation
- Flooring or carpet
- Furniture
- Electronics or appliances
- Personal belongings or other contents of the home
- Mold, mildew, or remediation
- Lost use of the property or other consequential expenses
In the event of a covered workmanship-related leak, Roof Ryders' responsibility under this warranty is limited to repairing or correcting the portion of the roofing system for which Roof Ryders is responsible.
