Who Is Roof Ryders & Justin Schlichter?
Roof Ryders was built on a foundation of hard work, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing right by every customer. Founder Justin Schlichter has spent much of his life learning the value of quality workmanship and honest service, principles that continue to guide the company today.
Justin's path into the construction industry began long before roofing. At just 16 years old, he started his first business building and repairing western saddles, where he developed a strong appreciation for craftsmanship and the importance of standing behind your work. After gaining valuable experience as a Project Manager for a custom home builder in Houston, overseeing residential and commercial construction projects and managing crews, Justin moved to East Texas with a vision to build a company known for integrity, quality work, and dependable service.
Guided by his faith and his favorite Bible verse, Ecclesiastes 9:10: "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might", Justin leads Roof Ryders with a simple mission: to impress every customer with the quality of service and workmanship they receive.
